• First adventure and cultural expedition of its kind
  • Trekking and touring options available
  • Engage with core team of expert adventurers
  • Be integral to discovery and study of the elements of Gross National Happiness
  • Participate in bringing concepts back to US via film and live remotes

You are invited to join to us on the first expedition of its kind across Bhutan, one of the world’s most mysterious and inaccessible countries, to uncover the geographical and cultural wonders of a country where the King declares its benchmark for success to be Gross National Happiness.

Bhutan is touted as an oasis of innocence in a frenzied and competitive world—a kingdom where compassion and wisdom are the benchmarks against which all things are measured. Or is it? EXPEDITION BHUTAN aims to immerse ourselves in this curious kingdom and share our discoveries during and after the journey.

The core of the Expedition is a small 4-person team, made up of seasoned expeditioners who have traveled the globe in search of cultural immersion adventures in over 70 countries. For the first time, the expedition roster is open to a limited group of adventure seekers to share the richness of this intimate journey. At whatever point you choose to join the expedition, you will be integrated into the unfolding of this unique cultural deep dive. You can join on the trek or just the cultural portion of the adventure.

We are being supported by The Bhutan Olympic Committee which facilitates unique access to the hidden gems of Bhutan, not previously available to Westerners. We hope to serve as stewards of Bhutan, its people, culture, and concepts via a documentary film project and live remote broadcasts throughout the journey.
